EPISODE SUMMARY:

Timelessness is a near impossible feat to achieve. But some music is just as groundbreaking today as it was when it was written decades in the past. Acid rock progenitors Jefferson Airplane are the perfect example of this in that they were pushing boundaries with their 1969 album Volunteers that to this day still need to be tested. That's why comedian and actress Liza Treyger identifies so strongly with the lead singer, the lyrics and the entire vibe of the album. Her own no-holds-barred style has lead her to appear in the Judd Apatow film The King of Staten Island, Netflix's The Degenerates, and her own Comedy Central special "Glittercheese."
