EPISODE SUMMARY:
The old adage "Don't judge a book by its cover" may have reached unprecedented levels of cliche in its overuse. But that still does not lessen the truth of it, especially in the case of Jon Heder. A Mormon from central Oregon who wanted to be an animator, and became a breakout Hollywood star instead, Jon defies categorization in countless ways. And just when you think nothing about him can be more unique than his choice of acting roles (including the titular lead in 2004's Napoleon Dynamite), Jon surprises once again with his deep knowledge for a truly one of a kind style of music. That music can only be described as The Indestructible Beat of Soweto, which is also the title of the 1985 compilation album that brought the traditional South African style of pop music to the world's attention.
